Several Gadget Whore Team members have devices that connect to Netflix’s Instant Streaming Service. The other day we were testing the new Netflix software for the Playstation 3 and we were hit with connection problems. We attempted connecting several times, but it just said try again later. We didn’t think too much about it and it worked when we tried to connect later in the day.
It appears that Netflix was having service issues, so they are offering a 3% credit to all customers who were connected to the service when the outage took place. It makes you feel better as a customer when a company apologizes and tries to make things better. A 3% credit isn’t huge, but its good that Netflix cared about customer satisfaction enough to offer it.
